TOUR  INFORMATION:

Things to Keep in Mind for the Ghost Tour:

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early (6:45-ish) so you can get your ticket scanned, pick up your lanyard and badge, maybe grab a beverage from Tobacco Wood or take a last-minute bathroom break.

We will leave promptly at 7:00 pm so if you happen to be running late, you may miss us.

REFUNDS:

If we cancel the tour due to inclement weather, alien invasion, or kaiju attack, you can use your ticket for any other available date, or we can refund your money.

No other refunds or rescheduling will be granted.

WHAT TO WEAR:

Please wear comfortable walking shoes – we will be walking along city sidewalks and through paved parking lots. The tour will span approximately one mile over the course of one hour.

PHOTOS:

Feel free to take photos of any of the buildings or sites we visit or anything that sparks your interest – however, when we go into the residential section of the tour, we will ask that you not take intrusive photos of people’s homes (in house windows, backyards, etc.).

RESIDENTIAL PORTION:

We will be stopping outside private homes at some point in the tour – during this portion, we ask that all guests remain on the public sidewalks and or public streets, that guests do not walk on private property, and that we will maintain quiet speaking tones and not disturb members of the public.
